Oseghe, Efemena Fidelis is the Managing Director/CEO of Delfris Global Services Ltd. He has his Diploma Certificates in Mechanical Engineering [Plant Option] from Yaba College of Technology and City and Guilds of London Institute among others. He is a member of Engineers Council [uk], Institute of Mechanical Engineers [uk] etc, he has post graduate experience spanning over twelve years [12yrs].He has profound and prolific experience from both minor and major/multi-international companies across the country a few of which are ETCO Nig. Ltd, Pivot Engineering co. Ltd, Mellavin Engineering, Olarele Electromechanical Engineering, Hazenult Ventures, Redar Oaks Ltd, etc where he played major roles. He has been involved in various designs, Supervision, Execution, Commissioning and Maintenance of various Projects across the Country. He is well outstanding in areas of Piping, Ducting [HVAC], Fire-Fighting & Detection, Plumbing, civil work, etc in the Construction industry.

Project Manager, with various companies including Aritse Ventures Limited where he successfully executed the construction of the new mess hall building for Chevron Nigeria Limited at Escravos, Delta state. He also works with many consulting and contracting companies across the country. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (structures) from the University of Lagos, Advanced certificate in Project Management from University of Lagos, Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, a registered Engineer with COREN and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
